Margarita Sanchez Diaz

Margarita Sanchez Diaz, 63, passed away March 14, 2008, at Palomar Medical Center in Escondido, CA. Born February 9, 1945, in Sahuayo, Michuacon, Mexico, she was a resident of Fallbrook for 25 years.

Mrs. Diaz was a homemaker for 47 years. She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Community. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and music.

She was also a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who kept a tidy home and ensured her family was well dressed.

Mrs. Diaz is survived by husband Salvador Diaz, Fallbrook; sons and daughters-in-law Jose and Guillermina Diaz, Sun City, CA, Salvador and Norma Diaz, Fallbrook, and Ricardo Diaz, Tijuana, Mexico; daughters and son-in-law Rosa and Roberto Banuelos, Rosie Diaz, Maria Diaz and Erica Lopez, all of Fallbrook; 21 grandchildren; a brother; and two sisters.

Viewing, vigil and rosary were held March 18 and a funeral Mass was held March 19 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
