Vets' presentation April 12

The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) State Service Office of San Diego has announced a veterans’ “Benefits-in-Brief” presentation in Fallbrook on Saturday, April 12.

A luncheon at 11:30 a.m. will be followed by the presentation at 1 p.m. at Charles E. Swisher VFW Post 1924, 1175 Old Stage Road.

This presentation outlines all of the benefits available from the US Department of Veterans Affairs and explains the disability compensation, pension and burial benefits, various special compensations and miscellaneous benefits available from other agencies.

Presenters will be available for individual counseling and to entertain claims for benefits following the presentation.
