FALLBROOK — The March Healthy Woman Ladies’ Night Out event will be hosted by Henry’s Farmers Market on Thursday, March 27, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at their new location at 39606 Winchester Road in Temecula.

Learn to make healthy food choices for one’s heart and health.

Presentations include “How to Maintain Your Health and Prevent Diseases” by Gabriella Carenza, Family Nurse Practitioner, Graybill Medical Group, and “Eating for a Healthy Heart” by Janet Little, Certified Nutritionist, Henry’s Farmers Market.
