Fixing immigration, resolving the CA budget deficit

Congress needs to honor its oath of office to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic” by passing the necessary and appropriate legislation to fix the illegal-immigration crisis.

The seven provisions Congress should pass are: 1. Secure our national borders, 2. Stop illegal immigration, including ending the economic incentives for illegal immigration, 3. Strictly enforce all existing immigration laws, 4. End birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants, 5. Reject any form of amnesty for illegal immigrants, 6. Place a moratorium on temporary-worker and guest-worker legislation until illegal immigration has been brought under control, 7. Defund, dismantle, or repeal any government program or agreement (such as the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, SPP, and the North American Free Trade Agreement, NAFTA) that would lead to the creation of an open-borders North American Union.

These seven steps would fix our illegal immigration problem, if only our Congressmen would stand up and defend the USA. California is in the middle of a 16 Billion budget deficit. California spends over $10 billion a year on illegal immigrants for education, healthcare, and incarceration. If the USA adopts these seven provisions, California saves $10 billion a year.
