Pennies for Pasta at Frazier School

FALLBROOK — On March 14, William H. Frazier Elementary School concluded a three-week effort of saving coins for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Students and staff collected $2,668.21 in coins, $300 in cash and $295 in checks for a grand total of $3,263.21!

This was the first year the school participated in the effort.

The average school in the US raises $1,500 and the average school in San Diego raises $2,000.

Frazier went way over the average and their goal of $1,500.

The class that raised the most in the school, Mrs. Frost’s second grade class (whose donations totaled $467), will be treated to a pasta party sponsored by the Olive Garden.
