Local Realtors 'jump' to the Jacques Co.

Jo Arends and Tony Ward recently joined forces with the Jacques Co. after several years with RE/MAX in Bonsall. Faith and Tom Jacques were also looking to expand their marketing and sales base.

With Arends’ 40-plus years of real estate experience and Ward’s marketing and advertising background, it was a perfect fit. The Jacques Co. had recently completed a total renovation of their Oceanside offices on Coast Highway.

“This will give us the exposure on the coast we needed,” said Arends and Ward.

“We were extremely impressed with their Internet presence and the collateral sales and marketing materials,” said Ward.

With the market changing as it has and more emphasis being put on the Internet, “their concentration on national and international exposure is exciting and beginning to show results already,” they said.

The Jacques are developing a new listing and sales program for the agents to use with their laptop computers when they sit with their clients. “It will be cutting-edge technology,” said Tom Jacques. “The competition for business is ramping up among all companies and we need to be in the forefront of this movement.”
