Ice cream for 31 cents a scoop honors firefighters

FALLBROOK- Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors ice cream in Fallbrook will hold its Second Annual 31 Cent Scoop Night celebration on April 30, 2008 from 5 to 10 p.m. Customers can choose any flavor of ice cream and pay only 31 cents for each 2.5 ounce scoop. Local firefighters will be on hand to visit with customers and provide information on fire safety.

Baskin-Robbins is sponsoring the event on a corporate level to honor its loyal customers and partner with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation to honor America’s heroes that night. The company intends to donate $100,000 to the foundation.

Baskin-Robbins is located at 1123 S. Mission Road, Fallbrook.
