Cancer patients, caregiver info on money matters

Last updated 4/10/2008 at Noon

The American Cancer Society will offer a series of free monthly ‘I Can Cope’ classes for cancer patients and caregivers. Participants can call from the privacy of their own home or office. The next session from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Wednesday, April 23, will cover Taking Charge of Money Matters.

The class is designed to help people with cancer and their loved ones learn about and better manage key money matters that often arise during or after a cancer experience. Call the Society’s toll-free number (800) ACS-2345 by Wednesday, April 16, to pre-register.
