Little League's Red Sox beat Dodgers

FALLBROOK- On March 29, 2008 the Red Sox team of Fallbrook/Bonsall Little League came back again and again to beat the Dodgers 8-7.

Chris Grepo’s grounder to second scored Chase Colin with the winning run with one out in the bottom of the sixth inning. The Red Sox scored three runs in the inning to come back from a 7-5 deficit.

Down 2-0 in the first inning, the Red Sox tied the game on Brandon White’s two-run homer, his second of the season. Down 4-2 in the third inning, the Red Sox again tied the game on Didier Vasquez’s two-run single.

Brandon and Didier both finished the game with two hits and three RBI. Connor Holman had two singles and scored twice. Bentley Acee and Chase also had singles and scored twice.

D.J. Trento caught all six innings. Chase, Didier and Bentley pitched.
