Montevina, Ruffino set to welcome new home plans

TEMECULA — Montevina and Ruffino, two executive-caliber neighborhoods within the master-planned community of Morgan Hill in Temecula, will welcome new floor plans in the coming months, with models expected to open to the public in August, announced Donna Alessandra, sales manager for McMillin Homes, the builder.

The additional plans will offer both flexibility and style to homebuyers with even greater affordability, according to Alessandra. The new plan at Ruffino will feature 3,208 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Montevina’s newest plan will include 2,884 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths.

Due to an increase in loan limits in Riverside County, the Federal Housing Administration can now guarantee loans up to $500,000. Buyers can take advantage of these higher loan limits on select home sites at Morgan Hill.

“Both of these models will provide buyers with additional choices and room configurations, thus making it even easier to find the ideal match for every family at Morgan Hill,” said Alessandra. “These new plans offer convenient features that fit the needs of growing families such as master suites on the second story and large backyards that allow for a multitude of entertainment options.”

Ruffino homes offer both single- and two-story designs reflecting Spanish, Cottage and Craftsman architectural styles. Boasting up to 4,174 square feet of living space, these residences provide three to six bedrooms and up to six baths. Three-car garages come standard at Ruffino and prices begin in the mid-$400,000s.

Nearby Montevina features residences of Spanish Colonial, Craftsman and Mission architectural styles. These single- and two-story homes offer 2,494 to 3,239 square feet of living space, with up to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half or three baths and three-car garages. Prices begin in the low $400,000s.

Ruffino and Montevina are past recipients of SAM Awards for Best Detached Housing Project in their price range, presented by the Building Industry Association of San Diego County.

In addition, both Montevina and Ruffino are currently offering upgraded homes available for immediate occupancy.

Morgan Hill is also home to the seven-acre Morgan Hill Park with a multiuse field, basketball court, baseball field, sand volleyball court, playground, open lawn for unorganized games or simply playing catch, as well as a picnic shelter. As an added benefit to residents, Morgan Hill boasts a luxurious 10,000-square-foot clubhouse as the focal point of community social activity.
