Adult Daycare rocks with sock hop

The first ‘Heart Healthy Sock Hop’ with Dr. Rafael Rosado was a huge success. It was held at “The Club,” the Fallbrook Adult Day Care Center.

“We did the Electric Slide, the Salsa and danced until we couldn’t move anymore,” said Teddie Borges, center administrator. “We had a blast.”

A sock hop will be held every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Local residents are invited to join the fun. They should wear comfy shoes or socks, bring a bottle of water and be ready to move.
