Planning Commission recommends Bonsall rezone

The county’s Planning Commission voted 7-0 April 4 to recommend a rezone of a Bonsall parcel slated for a condominium project.
The 55.9-acre site at West Lilac Road and Camino Del Rey would be accessed by private roads off of Camino Del Cielo and would include the creation of an 8.6-acre lot for constructing 76 condominium units and a 47.3-acre lot which would be dedicated as permanent open space. The Planning Commission also approved three site plans for the project.
