Last updated 4/24/2008 at Noon

Residents living in and around the Fallbrook community can be screened to reduce their risk of having a stroke. The complete screening package includes a new heart rhythm screening, checking for irregular heartbeat, which is a major risk factor for stroke.

Life Line Screening will be at Zion Lutheran Church on May 12, with appointments beginning at 9 a.m. The site is 1405 East Fallbrook Street.

For more information regarding the screenings and their cost, or to schedule an appointment, call (877) 237-1287 or visit http://www.lifelinescreening.com. Pre-registration is required.
