Ribbon-cutting, cruise event honors Historic 395

Classic cars owned by members of the Fallbrook Vintage Car Club are ready for the cruise into downtown Fallbrook. Signs have been recently installed throughout Fallbrook signifying different areas as parts of Historic Route 395, thanks to the County of San Diego.

Assemblyman Kevin Jeffries and Christi Knight, community representative for County Supervisor Bill Horn, cut the official ribbon at a ceremony held April 12 at the corner of South Mission Road and SR76 to honor a historic initiative to dedicate portions of Old Highway 395 as Historic Route 395.
