Sports Physical Night will be held at Fallbrook High School on Wednesday, May 21. Lineup begins at 5:45 p.m. at the back door of the old gym (The Barn); physicals begin at 6:15 p.m. and no one will be admitted after 7:45.

A $15 donation is requested per student. A parent or guardian must accompany their student athlete. No exceptions.

Bring medical insurance card or a copy of the card for the student’s athletic clearance. Athletic packets must be completed before leaving the event.

All returning and incoming athletes for the 2008-2009 school year are required to have a physical and complete the appropriate paperwork.
