High school sports physicals on May 21

Mark your calendar now for May 21 if you have a returning or incoming student athlete who plans on playing sports at Fallbrook High School in the 2008-2009 school year. Sports Physical Night will be held on Wednesday evening, May 21.

Line-up for physicals begins at 5:45 p.m. at the back door of the old gym (the Barn). Physicals begin at 6:15 p.m. and no one will be admitted after 7:45 p.m. A donation of $15 is requested per student and a parent or guardian must accompany their student. No exceptions.

Parents or guardian should bring the appropriate medical insurance card or a copy of the card for the student’s athletic clearance. Athletic packets must be completed before leaving the event.

A physical exam is mandatory for all students who intend to play sports.
