Retired Teachers present scholarships

For more than 30 years the California Retired Teachers Association (CRTA), North San Diego County Scholarship Foundation has been presenting scholarships to deserving students from North San Diego County high schools.

By offering financial awards, the foundation encourages graduates to pursue a college education and a career in teaching or related fields.

At the annual awards luncheon held recently, seven graduating seniors were honored – two from Vista, three from Oceanside, one from Valley Center and one from Ramona.
