Rainbow Days this Saturday

The 14th annual Rainbow Days picnic is this Saturday, May 24, at Rainbow Park on Fifth Street (next to Vallecitos School).

The event, sponsored by the Rainbow Property Owners Association (RPOA), begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m.

The annual Plant Sale begins at 8 a.m. on the school grounds. Live music begins at 11 and a complete picnic lunch will be for sale. Activities include a swap meet, a variety of youth games with prizes and a raffle every half-hour ending with a prize of a $100 bill.

RPOA will also conduct its annual election of board members. New RPOA members signing up at the picnic will be eligible to vote.
