Gloria Gaile Russo

Gloria Gaile Russo of Fallbrook died on June 6, 2008, due to complications from pancreatic cancer. She was 59.

Born May 19, 1949, in Wichita, KS, to Violet and Harley Rounkles, she grew up in Nebraska and graduated from Beaver City High School in 1967. She then attended University of Nebraska and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1971.

Gloria worked as purchasing manager for Nutriceutical food and cosmetic manufacturing companies for 25 years. The most recent nine years were spent with Los Angeles County in the Internal Services Department.

Gloria is survived by husband Leonard Russo; daughter Michelle Welty; son-in-law Bret Welty; and grandchildren Amanda, Emily and Bret Jr. of Boise, ID.

Visitation and funeral services were held on June 11 at Berry-Bell & Hall Fallbrook Mortuary.
