Three Warrior hoopsters make boys all-league team

Three members of Fallbrook High School’s boys basketball team earned all-league honors.

The Avocado League coaches selected junior guard Jake Ware to the league’s second team while conferring honorable mention status upon senior forwards Nolan Robinson and Tyler Straeter.

“All three of them were very deserving. They were kind of our core this year,” said Fallbrook coach Mike West.

Robinson was also selected to the Senior All-Star game, which was played March 21. “That was a nice honor for him,” West said.

Because Robinson tore a hamstring prior to the start of league play and only played in four league games after returning with two weeks left in the season, he was relegated to honorable mention recognition for league play.
