Padres seek local talent at Diamond

The San Diego Padres will be conducting an open tryout at The Diamond in Lake Elsinore on Monday, June 23.

Baseball players ages 16 to 23 are invited to participate. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. and the tryout will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Padres coaches and personnel will run various drills and exercises to assess local talent.
