Laughter, long-term care topics of program

FALLBROOK — The June Healthy Woman Ladies’ Night Out event will be hosted by Silvergate Retirement Residence on Tuesday, June 24, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at 420 Elbrook Drive.

Learn the healing benefits of laughter and how it can improve life with an engaging presentation, “Laugh for Your Health” by Marilyn Imig, RN, retired nurse, Fallbrook Hospital.

This is also a great time to learn what you need to know to understand and plan for long-term care with a talk entitled “Taking Care of Tomorrow” by Nelly Jarrous, long-term care specialist.
