RMWD pump charge unfair

Rainbow Municipal Water District charges a pump charge to some people, primarily in the community of Rainbow and in Morro Hills. Others in Fallbrook or Bonsall do not pay this charge.

There will be an evening meeting of the Board on June 24 where I will present information demonstrating this is an unjust charge. If you are paying this unfair assessment, I hope to see you there.
