Blood drive to help high school student

FALLBROOK — A blood drive will be held on Wednesday, July 9, from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Calvary Chapel, 488 Industrial Way, to help 14-year-old Fallbrook High School student Carissa Fluke, who was recently diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia.

Fluke is currently undergoing chemotherapy at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego.
