FALLBROOK — Legacy Endowment…The Community Foundation has chosen members of the North County community to act on a committee along with Legacy board members on behalf of Elisabeth Wilson in order to fulfill her wishes and grant funds to benefit two specific areas of her choice: handicapped assistance and senior causes.

The committee has just finished evaluating the Letters of Intent received from charitable organizations applying for the grant money.
