Howley to help raise money for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Theresa Howley has announced she will participate in the Nike Women’s Marathon in San Francisco, scheduled for October 18, to help raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The marathon will be comprised of 26.2 miles.

“I decided once I hit the ‘Big 50’ I wanted to do something big,” Howley said. “The biggest and best thing I thought to do is raise money for a really great cause. I can’t bring back those we have lost, but I can help those who are trying to find a cure!” Howley lost her paternal grandmother to lymphoma.
