New kindergarten teacher at Zion

FALLBROOK — Zion Lutheran School is excited to introduce its new kindergarten teacher, Tamara Hanford.

Hanford, who has been a Zion staff member for four years, is known for her gentle manner with students and creative classroom approach.

When asked about the one thing she would like to accomplish this year she said, “I want my kindergarteners to be excited about learning and excited about coming to school.”

Hanford’s enthusiasm shines as she presents an interesting and engaging curriculum of hands-on learning. “We are excited to have her in our kindergarten classroom,” said Principal Nancy Swanlund.

Registration for Zion’s kindergarten is ongoing and informative tours are available for prospective families. For more information or to schedule a tour of the facility, call the school office during their summer hours, 9 a.m. to noon.
