Learn about the effects that the Liberty Quarry open-pit mine would have on the Santa Margarita Ecological Reserve and meet candidates who oppose the quarry at a special meeting scheduled for August 6.
The meeting will take place starting at 6:30 p.m. at Rainbow Grange, 2160 Rainbow Valley Blvd.
Speakers will include Matthew Rahn, PhD, Bob Hamilton and Grey Frandsen.
