Del Webb announces grand opening of new clubhouse

HEMET — Del Webb will hold a public grand opening for the newly completed recreational clubhouse at Solera Diamond Valley, the company’s popular new community for active adults in Hemet.

The Hawaiian luau-themed event will be held Saturday, July 26, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Festivities include hula and fire dancers, island-style food and refreshments and a Polynesian band and show.

Visitors to the event can enter a drawing for a 42-inch Plasma television. Also, those who purchase a new home during the grand opening may qualify for up to five years of Community Association dues paid.

“The grand opening of our new Mountain View Lodge is the culmination of more than a year of planning and construction by our team” said Tom Cavanaugh, area director of sales for Pulte Homes/Del Webb’s North Inland Empire Division. “Now our Solera Diamond Valley residents will be able to fully enjoy and participate in the legendary Del Webb lifestyle.”

“I think the Mountain View Lodge represents the ‘best of the best’ when it comes to recreational amenity design,” said Director of Special Projects Phil Williams, who oversaw construction of the facility for Del Webb. “We have included an amazing array of amenities per square foot, and on top of that it’s simply a beautiful complex.”

Solera Diamond Valley offers seven model homes ranging from 1,240 to 2,230 square feet in size. Prices range from the low $200,000s to the low $300,000s.

Solera Diamond Valley is located at 1608 Paseo Diamante in Hemet. The Sales and Model Home Center is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. For more information call (866) 335-9322 or visit http://www.delwebb.com.
