Crossover voting

To Mr. Robert F. Green: I guess this year we are just going to cancel out each other’s votes. You are a Republican voting Democrat and I am a lifelong Democrat, voting for the first time Republican.

I cannot believe my beloved Democratic Party has been blindsided by a probably non-American candidate and you are tired of what the Republican Party has come to stand for by backing such profound and runaway capitalism. But I do believe John McCain is not going to be just another stamp of the George W. Bush regime. He is too solidly American and has unfettered love and hope for this country.

Obama, on the other hand, just leaves us with vagueness and too many unanswered questions in addition to gut stirrings of memories of a European nation’s youth who once listened wholeheartedly to the speeches of a very maniacal man whom they accepted to be their leader, much to their deep dismay and grief. I don’t want that to be repeated here in America.

Now, which of the two scenarios is possibly the worst?
