Thank you to Fallbrook 4-H

This was my first full year in Fallbrook 4-H; I was a junior leader in the reptile group, led by Maggie Kibbet and Jennifer Mathews.

I was also involved in a robotics group with Bill Woodall and was in the communications group with Jean Combs. I have found that 4-H has been rewarding to me in that I have developed better skills in these three areas. I have learned more about computers and other electronics, become more comfortable speaking in front of people and have a greater understanding of reptiles and amphibians.

Not only was it a great learning experience but I had a lot of fun in the process. I’m building life skills by interacting with animals and people within the community.

I want to thank all the leaders, board members and junior leaders for their time in teaching me about these different subjects. I will continue to participate in 4-H as long as possible. Thanks again, Mrs. Kibbett, Mrs. Mathews, Mr. Woodall and Mrs. Combs, for your hard work in trying to help me become a better and more knowledgeable person in life.

Also, I want to show gratitude to my mother in that she was the one who critiqued me in my speeches, improved parts here and there and also took the time to take me to the contests that are pretty far out from where we live.

Thanks again, everyone, for all your hard work in trying to make me a better speaker.

Dylan Kibbett
