Noblit achieves Eagle rank with patio project

FALLBROOK- Joseph Noblit of Boy Scout Troop 718 completed his Eagle Project at the Palomares Park, creating a locking pavers hard surface patio area and retaining wall. Joseph recruited many friends and family to add this patio surface to the tree arboretum and native plant park located at the historical Palomares House. The Fallbrook Land Conservancy celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and Joseph’s hard work and newly paved area will be special area for a recently donated table and benches to be placed on his patio surface.
