Edna Colwell, 73, passed away on August 17, 2008, in Fallbrook. Born June 7, 1935, in Cartago, Costa Rica, she was a nine-year resident of Fallbrook.

Edna graduated from Escuela Normal de Heredia, Costa Rica. She was the proprietor of The Friendly Tailor in Manhattan Beach, CA, before she retired. She enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, David G. Colwell, Fallbrook; daughter Gabriela Villalobos, Mira Mesa, CA; and brother Roberto Cossani Rivera and nephew Roberto Cossani Garcia, San Madre, Costa Rica.
