Items wanted for Marines

Fallbrook VFW Post 1924 is seeking comfort for the Marines in Iraq. The following items are sought: cookies, candy, potato chips, toothpaste and brushes, baby wipes, barbershop scissors to cut hair, soap and lip balm or sun block for lips.

They cannot send any foods in glass containers.

Items can be dropped off at the VFW at 1175 Old Stage Road. It opens daily at 12 p.m.
