Signups needed for Buffalo Bill's

FALLBROOK — The deadline is fast approaching for the trip to Buffalo Bill’s at Stateline, scheduled for September 22-24. This fun trip needs help: help from seniors or anyone over 21 who wants to have a three-day mini vacation and have fun and adventure. On the second day, Tuesday, they will make a six-hour side trip to Las Vegas. So many changes have taken place in the last year or so that it will seem like a first-time visit.

Cost for this trip is $75 per person for double occupancy or $90 single occupancy. This includes A/C transportation on a deluxe bus, two meals, baggage handling (one bag), bingo with prizes, movies, a snack, water and jokes. Seats are assigned as reservations and payments are made.

The bus will leave the center at 9 a.m. on Monday and leave the casino at 11 a.m. on Wednesday with rest stops at Barstow both ways. Signups are needed now and can be made by calling the center at (760) 728-4498.

Palm Springs Follies

This is a show seniors won’t want to miss; it gets better and better each year. The Senior Center is now taking reservations for this trip on October 28 at a cost of $82. This includes deluxe A/C bus, the show ticket, a snack, water and a movie. Attendees will be on their own for lunch. There will be time for gambling at the casino before the show.

The bus will leave the center at 8:30 a.m. (everyone is asked to be there by 8 for a snack and coffee) and return home by 7 p.m. This is filling up fast, so call the center at (760) 728-4498, Miyo at (760) 728-6537 or Dee at (760) 723-7469.
