After 21 years, RE/MAX United continues its dedication to excellence in serving the client. With notable knowledge and expertise in real estate strategies, the professionals associated with this company have navigated their clientele through the intricate process of achieving their real estate goals.

“RE/MAX United is about creating a professional environment for real estate associates that empowers them to provide the highest standard in customer service to clients while allowing our associates to reach their maximum potential,” said Realtor Associate Brad Manning. “Hence the name RE/MAX – Real Estate to the Max!”

Two highly regarded independent reviews, one from The RIS Media Power Broker Survey and the other from The Real Trends 500, Manning said, have revealed that RE/MAX agents have achieved a higher percentage in closing transactions per agent than their competitors.

“Because RE/MAX primarily hires only experienced, full-time agents, our associates are among the most successful agents in the industry,” explained Manning.

The agents associated with the company, he said, have a very successful track record. “RE/MAX agents lead the industry in sales, experience, professional designations and per-person productivity.”

Manning went on to say that in the current market, having a RE/MAX agent by one’s side in a real estate transaction is paramount. What really sets them apart from the competition, he said, is the entrepreneurial spirit of RE/MAX, which drives agents to go the extra mile for the customer.

The old three-step method of getting a listing, putting it in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and waiting for a buyer just doesn’t work in the market anymore, Manning explained. “This is why you need to have an agent who has a plan, knows how to implement that plan and can adjust quickly to this ever-changing market that we are in.”

RE/MAX United has 40 agents working out of the company’s two offices in Fallbrook. The first Fallbrook office opened its doors in January 2000. The company’s impressive growth has led to offices in Vista, Escondido and Scripps Ranch. All together, RE/MAX is pleased to have 125 adept professionals serving the real estate needs of clients.

With expertise in every area of real estate, from single-family dwellings to commercial property, industrial, land and groves, the staff of RE-MAX United has the knowledge to efficiently facilitate any sale or purchase.

Agents are well-trained and effective in negotiating sales and providing guidance to the client throughout the process. And the special circumstances that sometimes arise when selling rural properties are nothing new to this team.

“Here in Fallbrook and Bonsall there are a lot of unique features that need to be addressed,” said Manning, “and many of our agents are long-term residents of this community and know the area.”

Continuing education is something RE/MAX United takes very seriously. “Today’s real estate market presents many challenges to our agents and the clients we represent,” Manning said. “Foreclosures and short sales are a significant part of today’s real estate landscape that buyers and sellers must deal with.”

Being well-versed in all current issues, real estate legislation and regulations is what garners praise for RE/MAX United.

In addition to top-notch agents, the company also provides excellent marketing strategies. They are proud of their national RE/MAX.com Web site.

“Every month, almost 2.8 million visitors log on to browse through listings in thousands of cities and towns across the country,” Manning noted.

Both RE/MAX United and RE/MAX International have played important roles with their generous contributions to others. Past and current sponsorships include The Children’s Miracle Network, Little League Baseball and The Breast Cancer Survival Recognition Program at Komen Race for the Cure.

“We have a passion for what we do and our agents truly enjoy helping people,” Manning said.
