Outgoing Honorary Mayor John Harris (left) is presented with an award of appreciation from Ron Chesney on behalf of the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce. Harris was also presented with a proclamation of John Harris Day (August 20, 2008) declared by the County Board of Supervisors.
