Gourd/Pumpkin Fest Oct. 4

FALLBROOK — The seventh annual Gourd and Pumpkin Festival will take place October 4 at the Welburn Gourd Farm.

The festival, a free event, is a ‘mini’ version of the larger Gourd Art Festival held in June and includes exhibitors selling gourd art, gourd crafting tools and supplies, dried gourds, organic pumpkins, more than 16 different gourd art classes, plus food and beverages offered by local vendors and tours of the gourd fields from atop hay wagons pulled by Belgian Draft horses.
