Learn how the mind influences nerves, hormones

“The Amazing Influence of the Mind on our Nerves and Hormones” is part two of the free Health & Lifestyle Series led by Wes Youngberg, Dr. PH. The Saturday evening series will run through October 11 at the Fallbrook Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Fallbrook.

Dr. Youngberg, a popular television and radio personality, will discuss drug-free ways to overcome depression and anxiety as well as boost the immune system.
