OSHA training offered

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is a federal agency that focuses on jobsite safety for all employees in all industries across the United States.

In OSHA Training, a new course offered through MiraCosta College’s Community Services Program, business leaders can learn their role in safety rules, policies, procedures and enforcement processes of state and federal regulatory agencies.

This training also aims to provide leaders with guidelines and techniques for effective management, the investigation of employee-related injuries and the implementation of a safety culture/program within an organization. A certificate of completion will be given to all attendees.

MiraCosta’s OSHA Training is offered on September 19 or October 3. For more information, call (760) 795-6820.
