Navarrette to address Democrats

Ruben Navarrette Jr., the well known nationally syndicated San Diego-based columnist, will be the guest speaker at the October meeting of the Fallbrook Democratic Club.

Since this is the last meeting before the crucial November election his comments and perspective on the role of journalism and the media in shaping American politics will be most interesting and timely.

The club cordially invites all, regardless of political persuasion, to join them in what promises to be an evening of rousing discussion and debate.

The meeting will be held Thursday, October 2, at 7 p.m. in the Fallbrook Public Utilities District board room at 990 East Mission Road.
