Heyneman, Dooley for Planning Group

Fallbrook is fortunate to have qualified, dedicated residents running for openings on our important Fallbrook Community Planning Group. Two of those, Jackie Heyneman and Jean Dooley, are stars!

I have worked with Jackie and Jean for years on community projects and they are extremely capable and dedicated to the tasks at hand.

Jackie has served Fallbrook since 1972. She founded the Save Our Forest organization and she and her volunteers have planted over 6,500 trees and shrubs around Fallbrook.

Jackie is a skilled leader. This, coupled with her knowledge of county government and grant-writing successes, has benefited Fallbrook greatly.

Jackie serves on the boards of the Fallbrook Land Conservancy and Fallbrook Beautification Alliance and is a community representative on the Land Use and Design Review sub-committees of the Planning Group.

Jean has been serving Fallbrook since 1977 as a teacher and community volunteer. She is on the board of directors of the Angel Society and Fallbrook Food Pantry.

She serves on the Advisory Committee of the Fallbrook Beautification Alliance, is Steward for the Pico Promenade and volunteers with the Fallbrook Land Conservancy and Legacy Foundation. In addition, she mentors an AVID high school student.

Jean’s experience, leadership skills and ability to listen to all sides of an issue make her an excellent candidate.

Jackie and Jean understand the issues facing our community including water, the Liberty Quarry, the General Plan (2020) and development of the I-15 corridor. They are committed to working to preserve the rural qualities of Fallbrook. They deserve your vote on November 4.
