Luvano named Volunteer of Year, North County Fire open house Oct. 11

North County Fire Protection District (NCFPD) and the Greater Fallbrook Fire Safe Council members congratulate Fred Luvano, recipient of San Diego Fire Safe Council Special Service Award for Volunteer of the Year. The NCFPD is holding an open house on Saturday, October 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 315 East Ivy Street. The Fire Safe Council will be selling $5 raffle tickets for a Barricade Fire Gel Kit worth $360. Those wishing to purchase the gel at a discounted price can fill out an application at the event.
