FALLBROOK — Award-winning nature photography instructor Steve Cirone will present his “how to” program “Decisive Moments in Spectacular Light” at the Fallbrook Camera Club’s October 20 meeting at 7:30 p.m.

In his free, narrated image presentation, Cirone says, “I’ll show how to create great pictures of local animals and insects, many as close as your own yard.”
