Learn more about gangs, crime Oct. 28

Fallbrook Citizens’ Crime Prevention Committee will hold a crime prevention meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday, October 28, at Zion Lutheran Church auditorium, 1405 East Fallbrook Street, from 7 to 9 p.m.

The meeting will include presentations by Sgt. Joe Montion, who will explain how to recognize street gangs/criminals in local neighborhoods and update residents on the latest types of crimes being committed; Lt. Derek Clark, North County Regional Gang Task Force, who will speak on “Local Street Gang Trends;” and Andriana Uribe, Crime Stoppers’ coordinator, will be give the “Latest Updates for Crime Stoppers.”
