Cell phones being collected for soldiers

Fallbrook VFW Post 1924 Ladies Auxiliary recently participated in the Keep Fallbrook Clean and Green recycling event, which resulted in 91 additional cell phones to recycle. This brings their total to 365 cell phones, which equals 365 hours (or 21,900 minutes) of calling time for American soldiers to call home.

Donations of used cell phones can be dropped off at the following locations: VFW at 1175 Old Stage Road, Fallbrook Hospital Gift Shop, Fallbrook High School Career Center and Bonsall Postage and Imaging Center at 5256 South Mission.
