Hickman co-authors book on short sales

FALLBROOK — Local real estate broker and short sales specialist Donna Hickman has co-authored a book, “Should I Short Sale My Home?” with Tim and Julie Harris, founders of Harris Real Estate University.

Hickman, a broker associate with Willis Allen Real Estate, says the real estate profession has been her life since 1978, with all but four years specializing in the Southern California market. While the market has fluctuated over her career, her experiences, coupled with continuing education in short sales, have positioned her to assist people in achieving their real estate goals in a professional, stress-free atmosphere.

“Short sales are not for everyone, but a specialist like me can determine the best way to navigate through the difficult process with the best end result,” Hickman said.
