Learn healthy holiday cooking for diabetics

FALLBROOK — Chef Stephen Spencer from Fallbrook Hospital will be giving his annual presentation to the Fallbrook Diabetes Support Group on “Healthy Cooking for the Holidays When You Have Diabetes.”

Cooking demonstrations, recipes and taste tests will make it enjoyable for all.

Everyone is welcome to attend this free presentation Wednesday, November 19, from 2 to 3 p.m. at Regency Retirement and Assisted Living located at 609 East Elder Street.
