REINS seeks volunteers to provide therapy on horseback

FALLBROOK — REINS Therapeutic Horsemanship Program is a local nonprofit organization that provides therapy on horseback to more than 180 disabled children and adults from all over southern California.

The therapy offered at REINS is made possible by 20 specially chosen therapy horses, innovative instructors and a team of dedicated and giving volunteers.

REINS is always looking for new volunteers; training is provided. Volunteers are especially needed during the week. Shifts are generally 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Volunteers must be at least 12 years old.
