Fund established for Santacroce

A fund has been set up to help offset the expenses incurred by Alicia Santacroce, who was charged with a misdemeanor for illegally selling unpasteurized dairy products she made from milk produced by her pet goat (Village News, 10/23/08).

The goal is to reimburse Santacroce for $375 in court processing fees, another $50 in court attorney fees and $200 for her hours donated in community service.

Donations can be made at First National Bank of Southern California at 139 South Main Avenue in Fallbrook.

Checks should be made payable to the “Alicia Santacroce Fund” and can also be mailed to Alicia Santacroce Fund, PO Box 477, Fallbrook, CA 92088.

All fees will go directly to Santacroce once the target is reached. The fund has no administrative fees.
